Ana is a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a degree in Bachelor of Education Early Childhood Teaching. Ana is a Team Player in supporting staff within a class room environment. She is Culturally diverse and able to build positive relationships with children and families of all cultures and the ability to work in a cross-cultural context.
She is an Excellent communicator with interpersonal skills and has the ability to develop and maintain strong and effective collaborative relationships through highly developed interpersonal skills. She is good at contributing thoughts and ideas regarding project interests. Ana is Decisive and calm under pressure. Ana’s strength in Building reciprocal relationships encourages teamwork where staff are encouraged to contribute and have their thoughts and ideas respected. Ana brings a wide range of experience including her 7 years of teaching at AKoteu Tenga’i Mustita where she taught Tongan language which contributed to the children becoming familiar and competent in their culture. Ana enjoys singing, spending time with family and sightseeing where she can appreciate God’s creation.
