She brings in a great learning among the children through her creative and innovative ideas. She is open to new ideas and teaching methods and has a great positive can do attitude. Hniang enjoys sewing, listening to music, spending time with her family and friends and takes an active part in church activities.

Urmila Prasad worked as a Principal in secondary school in Fiji. Her passion to work along side the children encouraged her to pursue her career in Early childhood Sector. Urmila is a warm, calm and loving person who always make the children feel that they are special and encourages them to take the ownership of their learning. Urmila has gained trust from the children through her grandmotherly love which she shows towards the children. She is pursuing to fulfil the criteria required to gain full registration in New Zealand.

Reena is an enthusiastic early childhood teacher who came to Immanuel Preschool with a passion to work with young children there by utilizing her skills of working and understanding little minds which she gained in her masters in sociology. Reena believes in maintain responsive and reciprocal relationships with the children to facilitate their learning. Reena has great customer skills and through her warm and caring approach she can keep the children engaged in different activities for long hours. Reena's positive attitude is an added asset to keep the routines of the centre run smoothly. With her passion and commitment going side by side Reena is a strong force in providing warm, caring environment along side challenging learning enviroment.
